For our Orange Remodel project, the journey began with a simple conversation with our client — a contractor-turned-developer looking to expand the home, open up the interior, and raise the ceilings throughout.

his process was very cooperative and ultimately resulted in the home selling before we even broke ground with construction. The new owners were looking for a more traditional arcadia style home, so we worked with them to bring their vision to life
